SUMMARY :
Wow, this is fascinating. A brief story that occurs in The Broken Earth universe (a string I truthfully can’t get more than enough of) however the chronology of it is very vague. There are many hints that this occurs after the key trilogy (or at least following the Obelisk’s Gate) but I’m not necessarily sure of anything and perhaps that’s what built this brief story so amusing for me. This could be read without reading the Broken Earth books but I believe it’s better to read it after you’ve read at least the first of all e book because this being consequently short there’s virtually no time to effectively clarify what sort of community and the “magic” program works. For a fresh reader I believe this short storyline could possibly be really confusing.
